CANCELLATIONS

For same day delivery of fresh dog food, we at Hungry Eyes do not entertain cancellation of an order(s) irrespective of the product type i.e. meals, broths, treats & chews. For next day delivery of fresh dog food, we would request you to cancel your order(s) within 15 minutes of placing the order(s). For subscription-based orders, the remaining order quantity can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery date & time slot.

RETURNS

At Hungry Eyes we do not entertain any requests for returning of the product/s already delivered. It would help us immensely if you can let  us know your feedback on why you are requesting for the return to better understand the reason for the same. If the product is faulty, we will refund the amount for the said product.

REFUNDS

For orders which are cancelled as per the above cancellation policy, the refund of the relevant amount will be made to the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. The refund amount will get credited to your account in 10 working days from the date of cancellation, unless there is any unforeseen circumstances at the Payment Gateway partner’s end. 

For all subscription-based orders, refunds will be made for the order quantity not yet serviced and cancelled within 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

At Hungry Eyes, we have the following shipping/delivery options based on the product type & quantity ordered: Same Day Delivery, 24 Hours Delivery, 48 – 72 Hours Delivery, Custom Date Delivery & Order Pick-up. We dispatch orders between 3 – 9 PM except on weekly-off days. The dispatch time slot will be notified to you via Whatsapp message or SMS on the day of the delivery. We avail the services of hyper-local delivery partners viz. Dunzo, Porter, Swiggy Genie, Teleport to deliver your orders. We levy delivery fee for all orders irrespective of the distance from our location. The afore-stated fee may be revised by Hungry Eyes, at its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice.

PRICING

The price against each Hungry Eyes product may be revised at it’s sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice. The prices published against each product on the website is for the quantity mentioned and exclusive of delivery charges and applicable taxes. The final order amount will be calculated based on the quantity ordered, delivery charges and applicable taxes. Please note GST is applicable on delivery fees as well.

Any discrepancy in the price (published price vs. billed price for the quantity ordered ) levied while ordering will be refunded to you by Hungry Eyes in case of excess amount or will be requested from you in case of lesser amount being billed before or after the delivery of the order. The refund of the relevant amount will be made to the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. The refund amount will get credited to your account in 10 working days from the date of billing, unless there is any unforeseen circumstances at the Payment Gateway partner’s end.
